This Privacy Policy describes how the BB mobile and web game (the "App") handles information about you. By using the App you agree to the practices below.
1. Who we are
BB is published by an independent developer (referred to as "we", "us", "our"). For privacy questions or requests, please use the developer contact information listed on the App's App Store or Google Play listing page.
2. Data we do not collect
BB is a casual tap game. We do not collect, store, sell, or share any of the following:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
- Account credentials or sign-in data
- Contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or location data
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID)
- Behavioral or marketing analytics
The App does not require you to create an account.
3. Data stored on your device
The App may store small amounts of game data — such as best score, sound preference, and progression state — locally on your device using standard mobile or browser storage (for example, localStorage or app sandbox storage). This data never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing site data in your browser.
4. Hosting and server logs
The web version of BB is delivered through a third-party static hosting provider (Vercel Inc.). When you load the page, the hosting provider may automatically receive standard technical information that any web request generates, such as your IP address, user agent, and request timestamp. We do not control these provider-level logs and do not use them for tracking, profiling, or advertising. See Vercel's Privacy Policy for details.
The native iOS and Android versions of the App do not contact our servers and do not transmit gameplay data over the network.
5. Third-party services
BB does not integrate any third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, attribution, crash reporting, or social media. Distribution platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play) may collect their own diagnostic and usage data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
6. Children's privacy
BB is suitable for users of all ages. Because the App does not collect personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). The App complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, and Apple's App Store Kids Category requirements.
7. Your rights
Because we do not collect or hold any personal information about you, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold information about you and would like it reviewed, please use the developer contact information listed on the App's App Store or Google Play listing page.
Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, and other regions with comprehensive privacy laws (including the GDPR, UK GDPR, and the CCPA / CPRA) have additional rights, including the right to access, correct, delete, and port their personal information, and to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. We do not sell or share personal information.
8. Security
The App ships as static client-side code with no backend account system. We rely on the security of the underlying operating system (iOS / Android) and the user's device for all stored data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
